Microwaved Chocolate Cake

Oooh.

If you're craving for something sweet, but are too lazy to go out and buy something, I have just the thing for you: a chocolate cake you can make in the microwave! It's super quick and easy to make, and it doesn't require any weird ingredients.

Here's how to make it!

What you need:
♥ 1 mug
♥ 4 tablespoons of flour
♥ 2 tablespoons of sugar
♥ 2 tablespoons of cocoa
♥ 1 egg
♥ 4 tablespoons of milk
♥ 3 tablespoons of oil
♥ a dash of vanilla

Instructions:
♥ Put the flour and the sugar into the mug.
♥ Add in the egg, milk, oil and vanilla and mix well. Make sure there aren't any lumps of flour left unmixed.
♥ Put the mug in your microwave and set it on high for 2-3 minutes. It's different for every microwave. It might take a few tries to get it just right -- not undercooked and not too dry.
♥ Take the mug out (be careful, it's hot!) and tip the mug over onto a small plate, or eat it straight out of the mug with a spoon!

If you wanna make some chocolate syrup for your cake like I did, here's a recipe I invented.

What you need:
♥ 1 mug
♥ 2 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa
♥ 3 tablespoons of milk
♥ 2 tablespoons of sugar
♥ 1 small piece of chocolate (I used a Hershey's nugget)

Just mix all of the ingredients together (you can break the piece of chocolate into smaller bits so it's easier to melt), and pop it in the microwave for ten seconds. If the chocolate hasn't completely melted, just mix it up a bit until the lumps are gone and pour it onto your cake!

The cake won't be as spongy as one that's made in an actual oven, but it's enough to satisfy your cravings!

I hope this helped. If you try it, tell me how it goes!
